You’re in control.

Deleting game data and canceling a subscription are separate actions.

Delete game data on this device

1. Open MATCH IQ and enter the Parents area.
2. Unlock it using your parent PIN.
3. Expand Delete all MATCH IQ data.
4. Type DELETE MATCH IQ and confirm deletion.

This permanently removes local player profiles, progress and notes. There is no online game account to close. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can also erase local progress.

Cancel a subscription

Purchases are currently disabled in the preview. Once store subscriptions are available, use the relevant store’s subscription manager:

• Manage Google Play subscriptions
• Manage Apple subscriptions

Choose MATCH IQ and follow the store’s cancellation steps. Cancel before a free trial ends to avoid the first charge; for Apple trials, cancel at least 24 hours before the end. The store confirms the access end date and any refund eligibility.

Request deletion of support or purchase data

Email adi.baron.ai1989@gmail.com with the subject “MATCH IQ data deletion”. Tell us whether you mean support correspondence or purchase-related data. Do not include your PIN, password, full card number or children’s photos. We will explain any limited information needed to locate and verify the record.

We can address records under our control. Apple, Google and other providers may retain records under their own policies or legal obligations. Requesting deletion does not itself cancel renewal.
